We prepare every order with care to keep our ice cream and gelato perfectly frozen. Most deliveries arrive within a few days, and you will receive a tracking link when your package ships.
We offer free standard shipping on every order of artisan ice cream, gelato and candy gifts. Express options are available at checkout to ensure your dessert bar treats arrive at their best.
If you are not completely happy with your gelato or ice cream selection, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition.
If your gelato or ice cream arrives in less than perfect condition, let us know immediately and we'll send a replacement right away.
